Roy Beck is a journalist, writer, and speaker noted for his media criticism. Roy attained a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri.

Since his early years, Roy Beck was passionate not only as a journalist but also as a writer. He has written columns for the Washington Times, Christian News, and St. Petersburg Times. He is the author of the famous Book, Back of the Hiring Line: A 200-Year History of Immigration Surges, Employer Bias, and Depression of Black Wealth.

Beck has appeared on national television news programs such as CBS News, NBC Nightly News, and CNN. He was the pioneer of environmental reporting in the United States throughout the 1960s and 1970s.
